Renae Blackmore Pilates Studio is situated in a tranquil and peaceful setting at Wamberal on the Central Coast NSW and conducts individually tailored programs allowing each client to balance out their own strengths and weaknesses and work at their own pace.

An initial consultation is required to participate in small group classes. The consultation is where a program is designed specifically for your needs and to familarise yourself with the equipment.
You are closely supervised to ensure you are working safely, effectively and maximising the benefits of each exercise. You will continue to be monitored and progressed on an individual basis.
